Knowledge
1. Develop your knowledge in occupational and business psychology by undertaking a piece of research.

2. Demonstrate the ability to critically interpret your data in line with the original research question and the wider literature.

3. Become familiar with, understand, anticipate and address ethical implications related to research in practice.
4. Undertake data analysis as appropriate for the chosen topic and method.
5. Demonstrate the ability to use appropriate software (statistical or qualitative) for the corresponding analysis.
