Summary of module for applicants:

In this module, you will learn the New Venture Creation framework to strategize a Start-up Business. You will explore how to identify a business idea and develop its potential as a viable business. Through this you will develop your entrepreneurial mindset and identify your entrepreneurial character and traits to unlock the power of creativity. You will cover the fundamentals of business start-up including market segments, value propositions, marketing strategy, operations plan, risk management, human resources, and financial plans. The module will develop your entrepreneurial competences aligned to the EU Entrepreneurial Competence Framework. You will receive a grounding in the conceptual underpinnings of Entrepreneurship, including effectuation, transformational and transnational entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial mindset, the entrepreneurial environment, and entrepreneurial policy, as well as lean management. These will foster your critical analytic skills and deepen your knowledge of entrepreneurial strategy and practice through the New Venture Creation Framework. The module will develop your Emotional Intelligence, Social Intelligence, Physical Intelligence.
